摘要随着全球环境问题的日益严重，各界人士的环保意识以及对环保相关信息的关注度也越来越强。对于企业来说，利益相关者环保意识的加强和政府对企业社会责任的逐渐重视使得企业也越来越注重对环境信息的披露。然而我国企业进行环境信息披露起步较晚，无论在政府法律法规方面，还是企业本身进行披露来看，都存在诸多的缺陷有待提高。此时，对企业环境信息披露进行质量评价则愈发重要，本文则是从环境信息质量评价体系的角度对环境信息披露进行相关研究，以帮助信息使用者更好的了解企业环境信息的披露质量，并选取了典型的企业进行相关的案例分析以助更好的理解。64538

Abstract

With the growing global environmental problems，The environmental awareness of people from all walks of life are growing ,The attention to environmental information of people from all walks of life is getting stronger. Companies emphasis on the disclosure of environmental information are increasing while environmental awareness of stakeholders are strengthening and Government's emphasis on corporate social responsibility are increasing. However, China's enterprises environmental information disclosure late start.
