福建台资企业的融资现状分析

摘要作为海峡西岸经济区的重要省份，福建省在开展对台经贸交流合作时，具有“五缘”优势。从历史上看，福建省较早开展对台合作，在短短二十几年间积累了丰富经验。福建省具备与台湾进行广泛交流的天时、地利、人和优势。64955

随着两岸经济贸易及人员来往等活动的日益频繁,在闽投资的中小台资企业融资需求日益增加，然而台资企业在进行融资时，由于政治制度、金融环境及自身条件等诸多因素限制，台资企业面临严重的融资困境。在ECFA签订的背景下，福建省应充分利用“先行先试”优势，加强对在闽台资企业融资政策支持，推进闽台金融合作，不断提高金融核心竞争力，有效化解融资困境，以吸引更多台资企业来闽投资。

本文论述了台资企业在闽投资的特点以及对福建经济的推动作用，并进一步说明台资企业的主要融资渠道来源，以及现今遇到的融资困境，分析各方面的原因之后，对台资企业融资难的现状给予了几点建议，并通过案例分析进行深入探讨，望能有所帮助。

Title The Analysis of financing situation of Taiwan-funded enterprises In Fujian

Abstract Fujian Province as the main provinces of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, not only has the advantages of Taiwan "FIVE - SPECIAL - RELATIONSHIP", but earlier on cooperating with Taiwan, has accumulated a wealth of experience, with the basis of extensive cooperation with Taiwan and inherent advantages, economic and trade exchanges and cooperation has made a new breakthrough. With the increasingly frequent cross-strait trade, investment and personnel exchanges and other activities that gave birth to the financing needs of small and medium-sized Taiwan-funded enterprises to invest in the mainland, Taiwan-funded enterprises in financing will also encounter political system, financial environment and conditions level and many other factors exacerbated the difficulty of financing. Faced with the the ECFA signing of background, we should make full use of the advantages of "pilot", and continuously improve the financial core competitiveness, promote financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, to resolve the financing difficulties and to attract more Taiwan-funded enterprises to invest in Fujian.

This article discusses the characteristic of investment by Taiwan-funded enterprises in Fujian and the role in promoting Economic, then describe the main sources of financing channels, as well as financing difficulties encountered today, after analysis of various reasons, giving some suggestions to Taiwan-funded enterprises when financing ,I hope to be helpful.
