摘要近年来，随着我国社会经济的不断发展，现代服务业在国民经济中的比重也不断上升，同时也带来了一系列社会问题，尤其在经历了08年金融危机后，企业利益与社会利益矛盾越来越突出，大家的目光更多的对准了企业应承担的社会责任问题，本文以此为契机，在已有研究的基础上，以现代服务业为实例，首先对企业社会责任理论进行了回顾和分析，对国内外企业社会责任发展状况进行了比较，同时对国内外企业社会责任指数研究现状进行总结。其次回顾和分析了现代服务业相关理论，分析了我国现代服务业履行社会责任的现状；对现代服务业企业社会责任评价系统进行了探讨，构建了新的现代服务业社会责任指数模型，并结合上交所企业社会责任指数样本公司的企业社会责任情况进行评价。期望能通过此文，全面而深刻的理解现代服务业社会责任的内涵，并对以后的研究提供参考。66353

Abstract
In recent years, with China's economic and social development, modern service industry proportion in the national economy has been on the rise, but it also brings a series of social problems, especially after 08 years after the financial crisis, corporate interests and social interests contradictions increasingly prominent, all eyes more on social responsibility the enterprise should bear, this article, on the basis of the existing research, to the modern service industry as an example, first has carried on the review and analysis of the theory of corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility of domestic and foreign development status were analyzed, and research status of domestic and foreign enterprises social responsibility index summary. Secondly, review and analysis of the modern service industry and related theory, analyses the present situation of modern service industry in China to fulfill their social responsibilities of the modern service industry; corporate social responsibility evaluation system was discussed, build a modern service industry social responsibility index model of the evaluation of corporate social responsibility, and combined with the SSE corporate social responsibility index Sample Firms. Hope through this article, comprehensive understanding of the connotation of the modern service industry social responsibility deeply, and provide a reference for the future research.
