摘 要：财务比率分析成为衡量企业经营绩效的有效工具，从而为投资者和债权人决策提供依据。本文以徐工集团工程机械股份有限公司近年来的财务报表为基础，采用比率分析的方法，从企业偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力等方面分析企业的财务状况。本文介绍了工程机械制造行业的现状，结合该公司的财务数据对企业的财务比率进行分析，对现行比率分析法在当今企业管理应用过程中存在的不足进行剖析，提出了优化资本结构、提高资产营运效率、改进经营管理等建议。67421

Abstract: Financial ratio analysis becomes an effective tool to measure business performance, so as to provide the basis for the decision-making of investors and creditors.
