摘要：企业是市场的主体，企业目标实现的根蒂是企业的营运能力，企业的营运能力反映了企业利用资源、整合资源和对资源进行配置的实力。现如今我国企业队伍逐渐壮大，成为了社会经济中的中坚力量。因此，研究企业的营运能力体系显得尤为重要，这不仅有助于评判企业的财务安全、使用资源的效率以及资本收益能力的强弱，并且还能为作出的投资决策提供一定的投资依据。本文主要利用各种企业营运能力的指标去分析企业现状，发现存在的问题，并提出相应的解决策略。55281

Abstract：Enterprises are the main body of markets; the achievement of enterprises’ goals is based on their operation capacity, which reflects the ability of enterprises’ utilizing, integrating, distributing resources. At present, the scale of enterprises in China has grown larger gradually, making them the principal force of the social and economic.Thus, it is of great importance to investigate the operation capacity system of enterprises. By this way, we can not only judge the financial security of those enterprises, the efficiency of utilizing the resource and the earning power of the capital, but also provide investment basis for investment decisions. This thesis, mainly by using the index of the operation capacity of various enterprises, analyses the situations and problems existing in organizations and presents relevant solving strategies.
