摘  要：现代企业制度的核心是公司的治理结构，利益相关者的平等参与是有效率的公司治理结构的本质。在不断发展的社会和经济形势下，我国的现代企业制度正在不断的建立与完善，而在这个过程当中，相关管理人员必须对公司治理结构的内容与本质有所准确的掌握，进而来确定科学的财务管理目标，这对于公司理财行为的优化，实现财务管理的良性遁环，具有重大的现实意义。本文从公司治理结构的角度来把握企业财务管理目标的发展变化，分析二者之间的关系，结合公司治理结构的模式，探讨符合固锝电子现阶段发展的财务管理目标，促进企业的可持续发展。67590
