摘要：随着市场经济的发展，企业所面临的财务风险也日趋严峻。财务风险作为一种危机信号影响着企业的生存、发展和获利能力，通过对公司的财务风险 进行研究和防范才能切实提高上市公司的质量。本文以中国石油化工集团公司 为例阐述了上市公司在财务风险控制上存在的主要问题及其原因，运用经济学、 投资学等理论知识，对上市公司的财务风险管理提供理论和实践上的指导，提 出了中国石油化工集团公司主要存在资金安全风险、信用风险、存货占用风险 以及投资风险，继而提出针对这些风险采取了相应的措施，对防范和应对财务 风险提出合理化的建议，加强对财务风险的监管和控制，切实有效地预测、降 低财务风险发生几率，以保障公司在一个持续、健康、有效的轨道运行。67537

Abstract：With the development of market economy, the financial risks faced by the enterprises is more and more serious. The China Petrochemical Corp as an example to discuss the main problems in the financial risk control on listing Corporation and its reasons, using the theory of knowledge economics, investment, etc., to provide guidance on the theory and practice of financial risk management of listing Corporation, the China Petrochemical Corp mainly funds security risk, credit risk, risk investment risk and the occupation of inventory, then put forward according to the risk, take the corresponding measures, and put forward reasonable suggestions to prevent and respond to financial risks, strengthen the financial risk supervision and control, effectively reducing the financial risk prediction, the probability of occurrence, in order to protect the company in a sustained, healthy, effective orbit.

1 引 言
近些年来，由于国际政治、经济环境变化莫测，这一定程度上导致上市企 业所面临的内外部环境日益复杂，给企业造成了风险。最近我国乃至世界范围 内的破产案件频繁发生，大型上市企业集团陷入财务危机的情况时有发生，给 很多国家的经济发展造成了非常大的负面冲击和影响。2012 年底的第十二届中 国经济论坛上，商务部研究院信用评级与认证中心与《中国经济周刊》杂志社 共同发布了《中国非金融类上市公司财务安全评估报告 2012》，该报告揭示出 中国上市公司财务安全状况令人堪忧，大量出现各类异常指标，总体财务安全 状况岌岌可危。特别是中国石油化工集团公司这样的大型国有企业形式尤为严 峻。上市公司财务统计分析和结论能够较为准确地说明我国实体经济财务安全 状况在走下坡路，这就使得财务风险控制研究凸显其研究价值。本文选定的中 国石油化工集团公司（英文缩写 Sinopec Group）是 1998 年 7 月国家在原中国 石油化工总公司基础上重组成立的特大型石油石化企业集团，是国家独资设立 的国有公司、国家授权投资机构和国家控股公司。公司于 2001 年 8 月正式上市， 上市公司在财务风险控制上存在的主要问题及其原因:http://www.751com.cn/kuaiji/lunwen_75769.html
