摘要：香紫苏，唇形科植物，原产于欧洲地区，在中国培育时间不长，但发展迅速。香紫苏具有很高的经济价值，香紫苏精油中含有芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、香紫苏醛、松油醇、橙花叔醇等成分。不仅在一些特定的高档香精的调配中起到举足轻重的地位，而且有抗菌消炎、抗痉挛、使人情绪愉快的作用。对紧张带来的头痛或者偏头痛有显著地效果。而且提取香紫苏精油之后剩余的残渣也可以进行进一步的提取得到香紫苏醇和香紫苏浸膏等在中低档香精配方中常用的成分。本课题主要在于从香紫苏植物中提取到精油、浸膏和香紫苏醇，分析精油中的成分对于精油香气的贡献，同时用提取得到的香紫苏精油与一般香紫苏精油进行对比，研究其中不同的成分异同以及造成的香气的异同，并得出一般结论。最后，将提取到的香紫苏精油应用于馥奇型香精的调配过程中，并对馥奇香精进行评价，评判香紫苏精油在其中的作用以及香气的好坏。48710

Exploitation and Utilization of Salvia Sclarea 

Abstract: Salvia Sclarea，Labiatae plant, which originates from Europe,  has very dramatic development tendency, though its cultivation history is not that long in China. Salvia sclarea has high economic value, for example, there are some vital ingredients in the essential oil, such as linalool, linalyl acetate, perilla aldehyde, terpineol, Z-Nerolidol, etc. On the one hand, the essential oil plays decisive role in making some certain top grade perfume, on the other hand, the essential oil can be antibacterial, antispasm and can delight people, especially has significant effect on headache and migraine caused by anxiety. Besides, people can get concrete and sclareol from the residual residues after distillation, and the concrete and sclareol can be used in less top garage perfume. This subject purposes on getting essential oil, concrete and sclareol, and analyzing the contribution of different ingredients. Meanwhile, we draw comparison between distillation essential oil and general essential oil so that we can figure out the reason why these two kind essential oil has different scent, so that we can draw conclusion about that. Finally, the extracted essential will be used in fougere perfume and we will evaluate the quality of the perfume and the role that the essential oil played.
