摘要：经济增长，是一个国家或地区可持续发展的根本，是国与国间经济实力相比较的指标依据。人力资本，是推动经济可持续发展的动力，是现代经济发展和增长的决定因素。本文以河南省为例，以人力资本为出发点，运用有效劳动模型和人力资本外部性模型整体分析了河南省的经济发展与人力资本现状，对人力资本在经济增长中的作用进行实证分析，得出以下结论：河南省人力资本对经济发展有显著影响，人力资本投资对推动我省经济增长的潜力较大，因此我省应加大对人力资本的投资以实现经济的持续稳定增长。40462

The Analysis to the Contribution Rate of the Economic Growth to the Human Capital——By Example of Henan
Abstract: Economic growth is a fundamental Region Sustainable development and is based on indicators of economic strength compared between countries. Human capital is to promote the sustainable development of the economy on the track of power, it is a modern economic development and growth determinants. In this paper, Henan Province, the human capital as a start point, through effective labor model and human capital externality model system analyzes the current situation of human development and economic capital of Henan Province, the role of human capital in economic growth for empirical analysis, the following Conclusion: Henan’s human capital has a significant impact on economic growth, human capital investment has large potential for economic growth in Henan Province, so we should increase investment in human capital in order to achieve sustained and stable economic growth.
