摘要排队问题无处不在，对于高校学生来说饭点时的排队更是每天必经的一幕。排队论及其诸多衍生模型已经被广泛地用来描述和评价各种排队问题，并在许多排队系统中得到了很好的应用。学生食堂的排队就餐过程就是一个典型的排队问题。本文通过分析大学一期食堂一楼窗口的排队系统这样一个实例，根据排队论的数量指标来优化食堂排队方案，同时也为优化食堂资源配置提供一种较有效的管理决策手段。48257

Queuing problem in everywhere, college students who line up for food point when it is every day through the scene. Queuing theory and its many derivatives model has been widely used to describe and evaluate the various queuing problem, it has been well used in many queuing systems. Dining queuing process is a typical student canteen queuing problems.
