摘要在低碳视角下,对城市土地集约利用及其时空演变研究有助于为城市土地规划与管理提供科学依据。以江苏省13个地级市为例,在对其1995-2012年城市土地低碳集约利用水平进行综合评判的基础上,采用全局和局部空间自相关分析法对城市土地低碳集约利用水平时空差异进行分析。结果显示:①时序上,1995-2012年江苏省13市城市土地集约利用度不断提高,其平均值由1995年的0.3100增至2012年的0.5698,提高83.8%。②空间上,江苏省城市土地集约利用度在1995-2001年表现出一定的随机性,空间相关性不显著;而在2002-2012年则存在着正向空间自相关,并在常州周围呈现一个高度集约热点区,而在宿迁周围则存在局部空间自相关的低洼聚集区域。研究表明:低碳视角下江苏省整体城市土地集约利用程度在不断提高,但整体发展不协调,呈“南高北低”、逐步递减的空间分异格局;各市城市用地集约度变化程度差异显著,且城市间城市土地集约利用度相互影响,使苏南、苏北地区差距越来越大。51821

Spatio-temporal Evolution of Intensive Urban Land Utilization at Background of Low-carbon in Jiangsu Province
Abstract
Research on spatio-temporal evolution of intensive urban land utilization (IULU) at Background of Low-carbon can provide scientific basis for urban land planning and management. Taking 13 cities in Jiangsu Province as examples, the study comprehensively evaluated the level of IULU and low-carbon use from 1995 to 2012, then analyzed its spatio-temporal difference using global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis method. The results showed that: ①From the time point of view, the level of IULU in these 13 cities of Jiangsu province increased during 1995 to 2012, and the average value of IULU of all cities increased from 0.2449 in 1995 to 0.5669 in 2012 by 131.5%. ②Spatially, the result of IULU showed a certain randomness in Jiangsu Province during 1995-2001, which had no significant spatial correlation. However, it showed significant positive spatial autocorrelation among the values of IULU during 2002-2012, and there was a highly intensive hot zone around Changzhou, while the low-lying area of local spatial autocorrelation gathered around Suqian . It is indicates that the overall level of IULU in Jiangsu Province is increasing continuously but uncoordinatedly, with a spatial differentiation pattern of "high in South and low in North" and gradually decreasing from south to north. Besides, there are significant differences among the changes of IULU in various cities, and the IULUs of these cities interact, which makes an increasingly disparity between Southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu.
