摘要:活性粉末混凝土(Reactive Powder Concrete,简称为RPC),作为一种新型的混凝土材料,与常规混凝土相比较,具有超高强度、高韧性、高耐久性及高温度适应性等特点。我们在试样中掺入钢纤文,产生钢纤文阻裂、增强效应,使高强度钢纤文混凝土具有非常优越的力学性能以及抗侵彻性能,乱向分布的钢纤文能够有效地阻碍混凝土内部微裂缝的扩展及宏观裂缝的形成,显著地改善了混凝土的抗拉、抗弯、抗冲击及抗疲劳性能,具有较好的延性。现阶段实验使用超细石英砂粉为骨料的RPC在力学性能方面效果显著,抗折、抗压强度和以前相比得到了较大的提高。我们通过用XRD对试样的检测、SEM对试样微观结构的显示,我们充分证实了试样的密实度,表明我们钢纤文高强混凝土的高强是有依据的。23911

Title Research on the protective properties of steel fiber reinforced ultra-high strength silicate concrete
Abstract
Reactive Powder Concrete,short as RPC,is a kind of new concrete material, compared with normal concrete,it has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, high durability and high temperature adaptability etc. we made the incorporation of steel fibers into the specimen, and this caused the steel fibers crack resistance, enhancement effect ,which the high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete has excellent mechanical properties and resistance to penetration, chaos to the distribution of steel fiber can effectively hinder the expansion of concrete internal micro cracks and the formation of macro cracks, significantly improve the concrete the tensile, flexural, impact resistance and fatigue performance, and make the RPC has better ductility. Our experimental use the superfine quartz powder as the aggregate of RPC has a significant improvement in mechanical properties, flexural and compressive strength has improved a lot compared with the past. We use the XRD detection the sample, also we use SEM display the micro structure of the RPC, we confirmed that compaction of our sample, it shows that there is evidence for the high strength of our steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete.
