    摘要:复合板结合了复合材料的优点,使之更好的适应生产需求,是应用广泛的材料。但由于复合板本身的不对称性,使得在其加工过程中容易产生翘曲。本文以304-Q235不锈钢复合板作为研究对象,用Marc有限元软件建立热力耦合模型,针对复合板翘曲规律进行分析,研究了在不同压下率、材料厚度比、轧件与轧辊间摩擦系数、上下工作辊辊速比下对轧件在轧制过程中的翘曲影响;并对轧制变形后厚度比进行了系统性分析。本文研究得出主要结论如下:(1)在不同压下率的影响下,压下率越大,曲率越大,轧制后的复合板越弯曲,对实际生产造成不利影响;(2)在厚度比研究的部分中,厚度比越大,曲率越大,轧制后的复合板弯曲量更大;(3)摩擦力对翘曲的影响较为复杂,规律也更不容易掌握,总体是随着摩擦系数的增大,曲率降低,翘曲量变小;(4)不同辊速比对翘曲的影响最大,同等情况下不同辊速比甚至可以导致翘曲的方向不同。但是总体来说翘曲是随着辊速比的增大而增大的;35328

    A study on the effects of composite plate’s bending for rolling technology
    Abstract:The composite plate is a combination of the advantages of the composite materials, and this widely useful materials can adapt to the needs of production better. However, it is easy to bend in the rolling process due to the asymmetry of the composite plate. In this study, the object of study is 304-Q235 stainless steel composite plate, a thermal-mechanical coupling model for the rules of bending in composite plate has been built using the finite element method with Marc software, using this model analyzed the effects of different reductions, thickness ratios, friction coefficients, speed ratios for controlling the head curvature of plate in rolling, and the thickness ratio after rolling. Major results and conclusions of this study are as follows: (1)During differential reductions, increasing of reductions greatly increase the curvature, and the composite plate get more bend, it’s not useful for production. (2)During differential thickness ratio, increasing of thickness ratio greatly increases the curvature, and the composite plate get more bend. (3)The effects and rules of differential friction coefficients for the curvature of composite plate is complex, increasing of friction coefficient greatly reduces the curvature in general, and the composite plate get more straight. (4)Differential speed ratio has a large effect for the curvature of composite plate, and it can change the direct of plate’s bending. But in general increasing of speed ratio greatly increases the curvature.
