    摘要:钢是当今社会应用最广泛的材料之一,作为结构材料使用,它的性能在很高的层面上决定了产品的质量。因此其性能的提升具有重要的意义。本论文主要研究的是不同的加热温度顶端淬火后对45#钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:加是热温度对45#钢的性能影响很大。因此通过改变加热温度对提高45#钢性能作用很大。其中淬火受加热温度的影响最为明显。温度过低会因珠光体和铁素体的存在使硬度不均匀,温度过高会形成粗大的马氏体组织使力学性能恶化。45#钢加热后快速冷却可以得到马氏体,缓慢冷却会得到珠光体,无论是快速冷却得到的马氏体,还是缓慢冷却所得到的珠光体都是从奥氏体转化而来的。因此,无论是其组织性能还是力学性能都与其热处理工艺有关,故控制其性能的关键在于其热处理工艺。实验证明在850℃淬火后所得到的钢的性能最佳,在对材料性能要求越来越高的将来,此结论必将产生深远的影响。43801

    Measurement of the gradient of quenching in the top of medium carbon steel

    Abstract:Steel is one of the most widely used material in today's society, used as a structural material, its performance determines the quality of the product at a very high level. So its performance improvement has important significance. This paper mainly studies the influence on the microstructure and properties of 45 steel end quenching after different heating temperature. The results showed that the great influence of heating temperature on properties of steel 45. So by changing the heating temperature to improve performance. The effect of 45 steel by quenching heating temperature is most obvious. Low temperature because of pearlite and ferrite leads to uneven hardness, can get martensite rapid cooling martensite high temperature will the formation of large mechanical properties deterioration of.45 steel after heating, slow cooling will be either pearlite, martensite obtained by rapid cooling, or slow cooling pearlite have received from Austria Transformants and. Therefore, whether it is the organization performance and mechanical properties and heat treatment, so the control key to its performance in the heat treatment process. The experimental results show that steel after quenching to 850 DEG C in the performance is the best, in the increasing demands on the material properties of the future, this conclusion will be produced profound influence.
