    摘要板料成形CAE技术在近年来取得了重大突破,在进行冲压模具以及冲压技术的设计之前,通常都会使用有限元数值模拟的方法对板料的冲压过程进行模拟。本文数值模拟的对象为三段式搪瓷钢内胆封头部分的冲压过程,搪瓷钢采用的是BTC33OR的型号,钢板厚度为1.8mm。61809

    本次研究主要是使用专业的冲压过程数值模拟软件Dynaform来进行。使用Dynaform之前需要先利用Pro/E软件绘制出冲压所需的板料模型和凹模模型,之后将板料、凹模模型依次导入到Dynaform软件中,通过网格划分、工具定义、设置参数、求解计算等步骤得出结果文件,最后利用Dynaform中的eta/Post对结果数据进行处理。通过后处理功能绘制出变形过程、成形极限图和厚度变化图等,观察并分析所得到的处理数据之后,可知本次成形后的封头没有出现拉裂的情况,顶部和圆角区域厚度分布均匀,且并没有出现起皱现象和起皱的趋势,而侧壁部分厚度分布不均匀,有发生起皱的趋势甚至已有部分区域出现轻微的起皱现象,证明所设定的压边力太小,可以再适当增大压边力大小。

    Abstract In recent years Sheet Metal Forming CAE technology has made a major breakthrough, Prior to the designs of stamping dies and stamping art, people usually use the method of finite element numerical simulation to simulate the sheet metal stamping process The object of this paper is to simulate the stamping process of the head portion of the three section type enamel steel. The type of enamel steel is BTC33OR models. It’s thickness is set to 1.8mm.

     This research mainly uses the professional stamping process numerical simulation software Dynaform to carry on. Prior to the use of Dynaform, firstly I need to use the Pro / E software to draw the sheet model and cavity model. And then turn the sheet metal and die model into the Dynaform software in turn. Through grid pision, tool definition, parameters setting and the calculation steps I can get the results file. Finally, use the eta/Post software in Dynaform to deal with the data. By using the eta/Post software I can draw the deformation process, forming limit diagram and thickness variation diagram. After the observation and analysis of the resulting data, I know that there was no crack. The distribution of thickness on the top and side wall is equality. There was no wrinkle phenomenon and the trend of wrinkling, and the distribution of thickness on the side wall was not equality. It occurs a slight wrinkle in the wrinkling trend and has been part of the regional. It means that the set of blank holder force is too small, and next time I should increase the blank holder force appropriately.
