    摘要:本次试验探究感应热处理工艺对新型连续抽油杆钢组织和性能的影响,所用材料为M5钢,新型连续抽油杆钢是宝钢针对目前国内石油开采面临深度开发的要求而研发,结合实际的生产工艺,对抽油杆用钢主要研究不同感应热处理条件,对新兴抽油杆钢的微观组织的演变以及力学性能的影响。所用钢为M5钢,其原始力学强度为:原始状态硬度为HV254,拉伸强度809MPa。将材料进行制备金相,观察金相,冲击试验,拉伸试验,扫描电镜,透射电镜等实验。通过实验得出,不同淬火温度后回火,其抗拉强度是随着回火温度提高而降低,而冲击韧性却是增大;回火后均由回火马氏体向铁素体转变,且有大量的碳化物形成;冲击试样断口为脆性断口,微观断口形貌为准解理断口;拉伸试样断口为韧性断口。微观断口形貌为韧窝断口。综合拉伸与冲击断口试样,建议900℃感应淬火后600℃回火工艺可作为实际生产工艺。62064

    Effect of Induction Heat Treatment on Micro structure and Mechanical Properties of A New Type of Continuous Sucker Rod Steel

    Abstract:The experimental study on induction heat treatment process of new continuous sucker rod steel organization and performance influence, the materials used for the M5 steel, a new continuous sucker rod steel is Bao steel in view of the current domestic oil mining face depth development of the requirements and research and development, combined with the actual production process, sucker rod steel of different induction heat treatment conditions, on emerging sucker rod steel micro structure evolution and mechanical properties of influence.The original mechanical strength of the steel is M5 steel, the original state hardness is HV254, the tensile strength is 809MPa.The material for preparation of metallographic, metallographic observation, impact test, tensile test, SEM, TEM.It is concluded that the tensile strength is decreased with the increase of tempering temperature, while the impact toughness is increased;After tempering, the marten site is changed from tempered marten site to fer rite, and there is a large amount of carbide forming;The impact fracture is brittle fracture and micro fracture morphology was quasi cleavage fracture;Fracture to ductile fracture. Micro fracture morphology is the fracture of the tough nest.Combined tensile and impact fracture specimens, after induction 900 DEG ℃ quenching 600 DEG ℃ tempering process can be used in actual production process.
