    摘要:柔性夹具是一个必要的柔性制造系统(FMS)和计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)。组合夹具被最广泛应用于行业工作和批量生产。计算机辅助夹具设计已经在实施柔性制造系统和计算机集成制造系统的领域成为研究的重点。夹具结构设计是在计算机辅助设计领域中的一个重要问题。审查目前在计算机辅助设计中的研究表明缺乏对夹具结构的研究这个主要问题阻碍了夹具结构的自动生成。本文主要研究了孔系组合夹具和常用组合夹具原件的夹具特性的基本结构。模块化夹具元件装配关系图是被设计用来表示组合夹具元件之间的关系。基于模块化夹具元件装配关系图`751~文^论|文*网www.751com.cn,算法是用来搜索所有合适的夹具单位个人和把他们安装在基板与干涉检查的适当的位置。本文介绍了一个关于孔系组合夹具结构的自动化设计原始系统。本文最后给出了夹具设计实例。
