摘 要：政治参与既是政治民主的表现，也是公民表达自己利益的重要途径,同时还是社 会稳定的重要保证。随着社会的发展，我国公民政治参与的程度、方式、途径等都取得了 很大进步，但是仍然存在公民政治参与意识和能力不强、参与渠道受限制、参与效果不明 显等问题。实现当代中国公民政治参与的要务在于：强化参与意识，提高政治参与技能； 大力发展经济，深化经济体制改革；培育公民文化，建设参与型政治文化；等等。 关键词：政治参与；政治民主；权利69664
The Study of Issues and Strategy about Contemporary Chinese Citizens' Political Participation
Abstract: Political participation is the representation of political democracy and the way to express citizens' profit， in addition, it is the significant guarantee of social stability. With the development of society, political participation of citizen in our country has great progress in level,method and approach, but it still has some problems,such as the poor sense and ability of political participation,the limited channels of participation,the result of participation unconscious. Realize the priority of citizen's political participation in contemporary China lies in: to strengthen the participation awareness, improve the ability of political participation; To develop the economy, deepening the reform of economic system; Cultivating citizen culture and build the participated political culture etc.
