摘要:本设计为南京市某综合楼空调工程设计,共二十751层,地下一层,建筑总面积42154 ,根据房间功能,全楼采用集中供给空调方式,制冷机组采用直燃型溴化锂吸收式制冷机组三台,型号分别为ZX-145H单台制冷量分别为1450KW.
根据各不同功能房间,将该集中系统分为二种空调送风方式,高大空间如餐厅等采用全空气系统,新风直接从室外引进与回风混合(一次回风)后送风;办公室、客房等采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统,新风机组从室外引入新风处理到室内空气焓值,风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷及部分的新风湿负荷。全空气系统选用方型散流器平射流形式,而风机盘管加独立新风系统有百叶风口侧送形式。水系统采用闭式双管异程式,冷水泵四台,三用一备,;冷却水泵选四台,三用一备。卫生间通风统一由排风扇接出,在末端安装止回阀。楼梯间采用自然排风排烟;办公室、客房以上由于小于500m2所以采用自然排风;地下室、设备房、一层及二层设置防排烟系统,,选用变速风机,平时排风,发生火灾时排烟。23022

Abstract:This design for nanjing a complex air conditioning engineering design, a
total of 26 layer, underground, a total construction area of 42154 ,. The cold duty is3152.8 kw, We choose 3 immediate-combustion and absorption LiBr, and the models are ZX-145H.Their maximal burning of natural gas are 1450kw when refrigerating;
According to different functions, The first system is in the high and big space such as restaurant. It adopts the complete air system. The air-conditioning equipment deals with the fresh air and then supplies air. The second system is in other little room. It adopts the PAU+FCU system. FCU system deals with the fresh air. PAU system carries on the whole cold duty and part wet duty. PAU+FCU systems can send air from the side and the upside; it uses the circular air diffuser to supply air. The system in washroom can ventilate by itself. The system in the staircase and the standard floors can exhaust air and smoke by itself. The preventing and exhausting smoke system is used for the underground room, the
equipment room and the first and second floor and it adopts the same way to exhaust air and smoke: choosing the dual wind velocity fans which exhaust air at ordinary times, while exhausting smoke when the fire disaster happens. The water system is pided into four parts: the first part is the underground room, the second part is the equipment room, the third part is the first and second floor, the fourth part is the standard floors that is the third floor and above..
