摘要为了贯彻执行国家节约能源、保护环境的相关法律法规,提高能源利用效率,改善室内热环境,建设节约型和谐社会,根据中华人民共和国行业标准《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》JGJl34—2001的规定,通过调查研究,参考和吸收国内外、兄弟省市的有关标准、规定和先进经验,结合上海地区的实际情况和实践经验,试图通过调研分析加建模数据处理来研究夏热冬冷地区住宅户内的传热状况。24232
随着我国经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,对住宅建筑设计的要求也越来越高。同时有越来越多前所未见的复杂的建筑设计方案出现,既要保证房间的舒适性又要保证节能,很多问题已经不能只凭经验来解决,例如合理的选择建筑的围护结构、夏天冬天空调的温度、房间与房间之间由于温差造成的温度联系,通过问卷调查总结出普遍居民对于室内空调温度的选择,再通过DeST软件的处理分析,负荷计算,更好的探究夏热冬冷地区住宅户内的传热研究。
本文针对上海市一三层住宅模型并结合全年气象参数,通过建筑热环境设计模拟工具包(DeST)对其户内传热进行研究。一方面,通过启停邻户的空调采暖设备,改变分户墙室内的温度(即改变分户墙体的传热系数),模拟不同房间温度,对负荷的影响程度;另一方面,从南北日照以及内外墙多占围护结构比例的这个角度分析,比较增加分户墙体的数量所带来的变化,从而得出其不同围护结构情况下冷热负荷的不同。由此,我们对不同情况下户内传热有了进一步的了解,将会更多的发现问题,更好的去解决新问题,从而更好地保证住户的节能。

Abstract

With the development of our country economy, people living standard rise, more and more is also high to the requirement of residential building design.At the same time, more and more unprecedented complex building design, both to ensure the comfort of the room and to ensure the energy saving, many problems have not only by experience to solve, such as reasonable choice of building palisade structure, the temperature of the air conditioning in the winter, summer caused by temperature difference between room and room temperature, sums up the common residents by questionnaire for indoor air conditioning temperature choice, again through the DeST software processing analysis, load calculation, better explore the hot summer and cold winter region residential indoor heat transfer research.
Based on Shanghai tourism apartment model combined with the meteorological parameters for the whole year, through the building thermal environment design simulation toolkit (DeST) on the indoor heat transfer were studied.
