    摘要:伴随人类对环保意识的逐步提升与生活质量的不断提高,大家都渴望追求一个适用、安全、卫生的生活环境场所。实验室中含有多种化学试剂药品,都不同程度地含有各类挥发性有机物(VOCs),窗户密闭与空气不流通,更进一步恶化室内的空气品质,使工作人员的生理和心理造成危害。这些危害大部分都是由于实验室内没有保持良好的全面通风,局部区域也没有采取局部通风措施导致的。室内空气对实验室环境、人员健康、设别设施的运行文护等方面有着重要影响。因此,要对室内空气品质与工艺布局的通风引起高度警惕,有必要对实验室的安全通风进行研究
    本文采用流体动力学CFD模拟软件,数值模拟的方法,为研究合适的送排风口位置对室内通风效果,考虑到检验实验室内产生的有害气体散发量不确定、机械通风由风机自由控制风量风压、局部排风满足不了排风要求、且自然通风湿度温度不稳定,本设计采用全面通风和机械补风相结合得形式,排除在实验室中散发的零星和剩余有毒物质,像这样来文持实验室内空气品质。
    本次设计中,对化工检验实验室内空气流动情况及室内污染物浓度进行数值分析模拟的研究,结合并总结借鉴国内外相关案例的基础上,通过比较化工检验实验室内污染物浓度场、室内空气速度矢量图、室内空气流线图变化,研究并选择了在四种通风形势下的最佳方案。并结合实际工程需要,对存有问题提出建议与意见。29731
    首先,最好的通风方案是从气流从进风口经过试验桌,最后从排风口排出,它在节能方面发挥了用处,污染物苯被迅速扩散排出室外,且在内部是没有漩涡与回流的,得到的室内通风设计方案的安全性将大大提高;其次,对于同一个模型,通过机械通风与全面通风的形式,适当的增加进风风速能够高效地降低室内污染物浓度;最后,异侧送回风有助于污染物的排放,但是也要注意房间内的阻碍物,尽量减少或避免形成涡流。

    The Ventilation Safety Design of a Chemical laboratory
    Abstract: With the improvement of our living standards and indoor environment protection consciousness, people are seeking for an applicable, safety, health environment. There are many kinds of chemicals in the laboratory, containing all kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs),because of the closed windows and air circulation, there is a further deterioration in the indoor air quality and it does physical and psychological harm to workers. These hazards are mostly due to the laboratory without a good ventilation; the local area also did not take local ventilation measures. Indoor air has an important impact on the laboratory environment, personnel health, equipment operation and maintenance of the facilities. So we should pay attention to indoor air quality and ventilation layout, it is necessary to study the safety of laboratory ventilation.
    This paper makes use of fluid dynamics simulation software of CFD, numerical simulation method, to research indoor ventilation effect of a suitable supply and exhaust air ,considering laboratory produced uncertain harmful gas emissions, mechanical ventilation control air flow and pressure freely, local exhaust do not meet exhaust requirements, and instability of natural ventilation and humidity temperature, this design take full ventilation combined with mechanical air supply, excluding harmful substances and remnants to ensure laboratory air quality.
    In this design, we study chemical laboratory air flow and the concentration of indoor pollutants of numerical simulation, based on the domestic and foreign related cases. By comparing the chemical laboratory pollutant concentration field, indoor air velocity vector plots, indoor air flow pattern change, research and select best solution among the four ventilation situation Combined with the actual needs of the project, and put forward some opinions and suggestions on the existing problems.
