    摘要共同管沟(Utility Tunnel)是指将设置在地面、地下或架空的各类公用类管线集中容纳于一体,并留有供检修人员行走通道的隧道结构,即在城市地下建造一个隧道空间,将市政、电力、通讯、燃气、给排水等各种管线集于一体,设有专门的检修口、吊装口和监测系统,实施统一规划、设计、建设和管理。共同管沟是21世纪新型城市市政基础设施建设现代化的重要标志之一,其避免了由于埋设或文修管线而导致的路面反复开挖,且由于管线不接触土壤和地下水而大大延长了使用寿命,也可防止台风灾害、火灾事故等。此外,共同管沟的一次性建设还可为规划发展需要预留宝贵的地下空间,确保灾后基础设施的正常运转。可见,共同管沟正逐渐成为未来城市建设的热点。39489
    本文可分为三个部分,第一部分主要讲了不同管节接口型式防水性能研究。可纳入共同沟的基本管线主要有给水管、电力电缆、通信电缆以及燃气管线等。因此,防水、防火防灾是共同沟需要解决的主要问题之一。衬砌管节接口是共同沟的薄弱环节,特别是软土地区不易控制地层变形及地表不均匀沉降,极易导致接缝处裂缝,产生并积聚结构渗漏水,从而对管线使用和文修产生不良影响,严重时还会造成致命灾难,故针对不同的地质条件需采用相应的接口型式。因此,首先开展国内外同类项目的充分调研,系统总结并分析服务区域的水文及地质条件,为实际工程的设计建设提供技术支撑;对于常见的整体预制衬砌共同沟结构,应深入研究管节口的不同型式及其设计施工控制的方法,提出减少接口渗漏水的设计和施工控制措施,这对提高共同沟的设计质量具有重要的意义。第二部分主要讲了耐火防爆混凝土在共同沟中应用的可行性研究。共同沟为钢筋混凝土结构,电缆超负荷工作,可作为火源点引起火灾。火灾发生而未能及时扑灭,使混凝土受热后耐火极限降低并出现爆裂现象,且爆裂现象引起的钢筋混凝土构件保护层减少将使其内部钢筋直接被加热的危险,导致构件承载力降低。由此可知,发生火灾后,最主要的问题是使火灾威胁最小化,并确保共同沟的可持续稳定使用。因此,在一定设计强度等级要求下,研制适用于预制共同沟的开发耐火防爆裂的混凝土具有一定的经济合理性及现实意义。最后一部分是本文的结论及展望。
