摘要此设计为某开发区8万吨/d污水处理厂工艺设计,此设计包括污水处理工艺的设计及相关计算。本课题要求为:独立完成某开发区污水处理工艺设计方案,并绘制图纸。要求依据设计原始资料进行方案比选,从而选择最佳的设计方案,确定污水处理工艺流程,进行各个构筑物的绘图及计算,最后完成该课题的设计说明书以及制图,达到预期目标。
污水处理厂设计为处理规模为80000 m3/d,总变化系数Kz =1.315。进水水质:CODCr=650 mg/L;BOD5=250 mg/L;SS=250 mg/L;TN总氮含量=65 mg/L;NH3-N=55 mg/L;磷酸盐(以P计)=5.5 mg/L;pH=6~9。出水水质按照《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级 A 标准,要求出水水质达到:CODCr≤50 mg/L;BOD5≤10 mg/L;SS≤10 mg/L;TN≤15 mg/L;NH3-N≤5 mg/L;磷酸盐(以P计)≤0.5 mg/L;pH=6~9。42071
