摘要本建筑为华东某市中心沿街地段一超市营业楼,拟建场地地形平坦,拟设计建筑为4层框架结构,各层层高4.5米,建筑总高19.00米,总建筑面积6840平方米。本建筑从平面布局的合理性考虑,到工作人员、购物者和货物的分流,到采光、通风及保温的设计,都充分体现了以人为本的设计理念。一层有储物柜,方便购物者寄存随身物品。一层共有四个逃生门,逃生楼梯,遇紧急情况,可以很快疏散购物者及工作人员。各层均设计有普通办公室一间,方便工作人员的办公。四楼设计有经理套间,为经理的日常办公、接待客户提供方便。本建筑采用框架双向承重,结构计算考虑了风荷载及抗震要求,考虑结构塑性内力重分布的有利影响,对竖向荷载作用下的内力进行调幅,分别考虑恒载和活载由可变荷载效应控制的组合和由永久荷载效应控制的组合。50812

ABSTRACT The building for the East China City Center Street lot of a supermarket business building, the site of the proposed flat terrain, the design of building is 4 story frame structure, each layer of 4.5 meters high, building a total height of 19 meters, a total construction area of 6840 square meters.
