摘要砼砌块作为粘土砖的主要替代材料,在节土节能和环境保护方面有重大的社会效益。本设计即为混凝土小型配筋砌块砌体多层住宅的设计.该设计主体采用配筋砌块砌体,楼梯,基础,屋(楼)面板等采用现浇钢筋混凝土.结构采用纵横墙综合承重结构,并采用构造柱与芯柱以及圈梁的相结合的构造措施.设计的主要内容有(1)结构布置(2)墙体验算(3)抗震验算(4)构件设计.其中有板的设计,楼梯,雨篷,过梁的设计及基础的设计等.该设计是严格按照相关的规范完成的.50811
