摘要本工程是云龙办公楼,为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构,共五层,层高3.6米,建筑物总高度为20.45米。在结构设计的中应该强调“概念设计”,它在结构选型与布置阶段尤其重要。调整结构的刚心与建筑质心、平面形心接近使结构具有对称性,两个主轴方向的刚度接近使结构具有均匀性,荷载传力直接使得结构具有稳定性,梁、板、柱尺寸和布置适当,使结构具有合理的刚度满足水平位移、整体稳定、强度延性的要求;根据工程经验所获得的设计思想,从全局的角度来确定控制结构的布置及细部措施。所得结构方案往往易于手算,概念清晰、定性正确,并可避免结构分析阶段不必要的繁琐运算。同时,它也是判断计算机内力分析输出数据可靠与否的主要依据。51238

Abstract This project is a city in an office block floor Multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure. A total of five, storey 3.6 meters .Total building height of 20.45 meters. In the design of structure, we should emphasizes the design of concept,it is especially important to us in the selection of the structure and layout stage. we should make the stiffness center of the structure close to the center of mass of building and the center of plane that it can make structure approach symmetry. Two main directions of stiffness should be close to make structure uniformity. Load directly makes the structure stability. The size and arrangement of the beam, plate column should be appropriate. A reasonable stiffness of structure can meet the horizontal displacement, stability, reasonable ductility requirements. According to acquired experience to control the arrangement of structure and detail measures. The structure of the program is often easier to calculate, clear concept and qualitatively correct can able to avoid the tedious calculation in the analysis stage . At the same time, it is also can judge the analysis output from computer whether right or wrong.
