摘要南沙黄阁镇农民安置区位于广州市南沙区黄阁镇中西部地区,西临京珠大道北(已建市政道路),北依庐前山南路(规划市政道路),东南侧为黄阁大道(已建市政道路),规划用地总面积约120万m2。本次设计范围为三期A地块,位于安置区西北部,占地总面积约为153532 m2,建筑面积约26万m2。主要有两种建筑类型:三层连体住宅和小高层(11层)。52549
根据地质勘察报告,本工程建设场地上部覆盖有深厚的冲积或淤积而形成的淤泥或淤泥质土,力学性能差,不能直接作为建筑物和区内道路的基础使用,因此,确定采用真空预压法对黄阁镇农民安置区(三期)A地块整个场地进行软基处理。
本着“安全可靠、经济合理、技术可行、施工方便”原则,整个基坑采用重力式水泥土墙的支护方式;设计重力式水泥土墙、计算土压力并进行稳定性验算;重力式水泥土墙兼作止水帷幕,基坑内采用轻型井点降水;最后进行施工组织设计和电算。

Abstract
The resettlement of farmers located in the central and western regions of Huangge Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, west of Beijing-Zhuhai Road (construction of municipal roads), north of Lu Shan South Road(Planning municipal roads), south eastern of Huangge Road(construction of municipal roads), the total area of planned land is about 1.2 million m2. This design range for A plot of phase 3,which is located in the northwest of resettlement areas, covering a total area of about 153532 m2, building area of 260000 m2. There are two major types of construction: three layers of conjoined residential and small high-level layer (11).
According to the geological investigation report, the upper part of the construction site of this project covered with deep alluvial or deposition of silt or silty soil, mechanical properties is poor, it cannot be directly used as the basis of buildings and roads in the area, therefore, determine the vacuum preloading method is adopted for the treatment of the entire site for soft foundation of the resettlement of farmers in huangge town (iii) .
With the principle of "safe, reliable, economical, technically feasible, to facilitate construction", the whole foundation pit uses一gravity cement walls; design gravity cement walls, calculate soil pressure and check the stability; gravity cement walls doubles as a waterproof curtain, with the purpose of dewatering, we use well point dewatering; finally, we do the construction organization design and Computing
