该设计文件的编制是以一栋高层商住楼的施工合同以及施工设计图纸,国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据,该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求,提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序,运用网络技术分段、分层流水作业,合理安排施工顺序和施工计划,确保施工进度。
