    摘要本次毕业设计课题为张家界市某国际民族文化交流中心大厦的空调系统设计,该大厦是一个集客房、娱乐、餐饮、展示为一体的综合性高层建筑,建筑面积约 3100 平方米,共十五层,一至五层主要为展厅、餐厅、演艺厅等功能用房,6~15 层为客房。 本设计采用空调夏季制冷冬季供暖,夏季采用冷水机组展厅,冬季采用电锅炉作为空调冷热源。根据房间的不同类型,高大空间如展厅、演艺厅等采用全空气系统,客房、娱乐用房等采用风机盘管加独立新风系统。全空气系统主要选用方形散流器平射流形式,对于演艺厅这种层高特殊的空间,采用旋流风口作为末端装置。风机盘管加独立新风系统分为两类,娱乐用房进深长,采用高静压风机盘管下送形式,客房采用百叶风口侧送形式。水系统采用闭式异程方式。客房采用自然排风方式,娱乐场所采用集中机械排风,卫生间的通风统一由排气扇排出,在末端安装止回阀。必要区域设置防排烟系统,中庭和演艺厅采用机械排烟系统。61051

    Title  A building air condition system design of Zhangjiajie International Cultural Exchange Center
    Abstract The topic for graduate design is the air-conditioning system design of a certain international ethnic cultural communication center building complex in Zhang Jiajie. The building complex is a comprehensive high-rise building, which has guest rooms, entertainment facilities, catering and exhibition functions. The area of the construction is about 3100 square meters, and it has fifteen floors totally. The first floor to the fifth are some rooms mainly used for exhibition, canteen and entertainment, and the sixth to the fifteenth are all guestrooms. The design uses air-condition for the refrigeration in summer  and heating supply in winter, with the water chilling unit and electric boiler as the source of cold and heat. According to the types of different rooms, the high and large spaces, such as exhibition rooms and showrooms, use  all-air system, and guestrooms and entertaining rooms use fan coil and dedicated outdoor air system. The all-air system chooses flat jet form of square diffuser, and for those high and special spaces like showrooms, it uses twist outlet as the air terminal device. Fan coil and dedicated outdoor air system are pided into two types. Entertaining rooms, with a long depth,  choose  Fan coil  of high pressue, and guestrooms  choose  Baiye outlet side in the form of delivery. The air-water system mainly uses closed path way. The guestrooms use natural ventilation mode, and the space for entertaining uses centralizing  mechanical ventilation. The ventilation of  bathrooms uses  exhaust fan, installing  check valve  in  tail end. The necessary areas install  smoke  control system,  and the  atrium  and showrooms use mechanical exhaust system.
