建筑设计主要包括对建筑方案进行调整,在建筑方案设计的基础上,对建筑施工图进行全面设计并考虑结构的可行性。选定各部分的工程做法、门窗类别、细部尺寸等并不断完善建筑方案图,使其达到建筑设计工作图程度。通过AutoCAD及天正建筑软件的应用绘制建筑施工图。
结构设计主要包括结构方案的确定、结构计算和结构制图。结构方案的确定主要是根据规范来选定梁、柱的截面尺寸布置梁柱位置,并考虑偏心影响。结构计算主要是通过使用PKPM结构计算软件建模计算与手算相结合的方式对上部结构及基础进行配筋计算。还要依据设计规范进行结构设计,从而保证结构的适用性、耐久性。结构制图主要是根据计算结果绘制梁板柱配筋图、基础结构布置图以及楼梯详图等施工图。
