摘要：建筑信息模型（BIM）技术是在建筑行业新兴发起的一项信息科技技术。目前，BIM技术迅速发展并受到广泛推广，在未来的建筑业，BIM技术将被普及，并应用于建筑工程整个生命周期中工程建模、工程造价、施工组织设计等方面。本次毕业设计课题为：公寓楼B虚拟建设工程，课题主要任务是运用BIM技术进行公寓楼B虚拟建设工程虚拟建模、工程造价、施工组织设计、模型虚拟建造等一系列的工作。62093
此次毕业设计课题从运用BIM技术对公寓楼B虚拟建设工程进行造价计算及分析作为出发点，采用BIM电算化算量计价模式进行公寓楼B工程造价计算，基于BIM 5D虚拟建设工程技术进行成本控制管理，在此基础上，阐述了基于采取BIM5D虚拟施工技术优势和成本控制管理的可行性。

Apartment building B Virtual Construction Cost calculation and analysis
Abstract: Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology is a technology of information technology in the construction industry emerging initiated. Currently, BIM technology developing rapidly and has been widely promoted in the future of the construction industry, BIM technology will be popular, and used in construction projects throughout the life cycle model, cost and construction organization design and other aspects. The design issues as: apartment buildings B virtual construction, project main task is to use BIM technology for construction of apartment buildings B virtual virtual modeling, project cost, construction design, virtual building model and a series of work.
The graduation project from the use of BIM technology for the construction of apartment buildings B virtual works cost calculation and analysis as a starting point, the use of BIM count the amount of computerized pricing model apartment building B project cost calculation, cost-based BIM 5D virtual construction technology control Manager, on this basis, describes the feasibility of taking BIM5D based virtual construction technology and cost control management.
