摘 要：本论文的题目为：苏州市盛家浜动迁小区 8#楼招标文件编制。本工程位于木渎胥口东欣路，本工程为地上二十三层，地下一层的高层住宅楼，剪力墙结构，建筑控制高度为67.90m（室外地面至主体屋面），建筑总面积 12172.16㎡，结构设计使用年限为 50年，抗震设防烈度为六度。此招标文件的主要内容分别包括投标人须知、评标办法、合同条款及格式、工程技术要求及工程规范、技术资料及工程量清单和工程图纸等。为了及时建立投资建设项目的使用价值，保障投资建设项目获得最大投资效益，此工程采用公开招标，工程量清单综合单价招标的方式。为了便于投标人进行投标，在编制招标文件过程中已经特别注意将有关工程实际的工程概况，工程量清单项等内容编写详实，尽量细化了安全生产要求等以后可能会导致大的经济或责任纠纷的事项，为此次项目的工程造价提供了详细的依据。 62888

Abstract: The topic of this thesis is: suzhou sheng jia bang resettlement community 8 # floor tender documentation. This project is located in mudu professional mouth dong xin road, this project for the 23 layer on the ground, underground layer of high-rise buildings, shear wall structure, building control height of 67.90 m (outside the ground to main roof), a total construction area of 12172.16 m2, structure design, use fixed number of year for 50 years, seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees. The main content of the tender documents including the bidder respectively guidelines, evaluation method, contract terms and format, engineering technical requirements and specifications, technical data and bill of quantities and engineering drawings, etc. In order to establish investment of construction project use value in time, the security investment in construction projects to maximize investment benefit, the project adopts the public tender, the quantity of the comprehensive unit price bidding way. In order to carry out bid, a bidder will have to pay special attention to in the process of preparing his tender documents related to the actual engineering situation, write a detailed bill of quantities items such as content, try to refine the production safety requirements may lead to greater economic matters of dispute or responsibility for the project construction cost provides the basis of a detailed.

1 设计选题说明 1.1 选题依据 本人选择的方向是工程造价方向，同时我也在一家招标代理公司进行实习，对招标文件的编制这个课题比较感兴趣，而且在招标代理公司也方便接触相关的案例与资料，所以，我选择了这个课题作为我的毕业设计课题。
1.2 设计项目概况 一、工程建设概况： 工程名称：苏州盛家浜动迁安置小区 8#楼 工程性质：高层住宅建筑 设计使用年限：50年 抗震设防烈度：六度 建筑层数：地下一层+地上二十三层 结构形式：剪力墙结构 建筑高度：67.90 米 地基基础形式：桩基础 二、材料 1、混凝土强度等级 基础垫层：C15 基础、梁、板、柱为 C30/C35 圈梁、构造柱为 C30 2、砌块及砂浆强度等级 -0.030以下，200 厚MU10砼多孔砖Mb5.0 专用砂浆砌筑 -0.030以上外墙：200厚A5.0蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块 M5.0 专用砂浆砌筑 -0.030以上内墙：200厚A3.5蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块 M5.0 专用砂浆砌筑 本工程外墙为 200 厚蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块，内墙为 200/100 厚蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块（地上）和 200/100 厚混凝土多孔砖砌块（地 下） 楼梯间墙为 200/150 厚蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块 电梯井壁为 200 厚蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块 管道井壁为 200/150/100 厚蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块 地下室外墙为防水混凝土（抗渗等级 P6） 本工程使用的砂浆均为预拌（商品）砂浆，其生产与使用应符合江苏省《预拌砂浆生产与应用技术规程》[1]和《干粉砂浆生产与应用规范》的要求[2]。
