摘要：房地产项目可行性研究是房地产企业建设前期投资决策阶段的一项重要工作，它既复杂又系统，运用科学手段对拟建项目的必要性、可行性、合理性进行技术经济论证，是保证房地产建设项目得到最佳经济效益的科学方法，房地产项目可行性研究工作对房地产企业有着重要现实意义，是决策科学化的必要步骤和手段。62890

1 设计选题说明
1.1 选题依据
本人对房地产项目可行性研究这个课题比较感兴趣，而且由于实习工作，能接触到很多的相关资料、数据等，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。
房地产项目可行性研究是房地产开发前很重要的一个环节，它既复杂又系统，是在房地产开发项目投资决策前，对项目进行全面的技术经济分析、论证，综合研究开发项目的建设必要性、经济合理性、技术可行性，以确定项目是否可行，为投资决策提供依据。房地产开发是较复杂的综合性行业，所以在作出房地产项目决策之前，对该项目进行可行性研究分析是十分重要的。
