摘 要：本设计是对淮海工学院6号宿舍楼的进行招标文件编制，招标文件是指由招标人或招标代理机构编制并向潜在投标人发售的明确资格条件、合同条款、评标方法和投标文件相应的格式。在整个采购过程中起到重要作用。招标方的关键是提供一份较完整的，有针对性的，并具备完善、合理保护性的招标文件，在配合工程量清单计价模式的市场竞争环境下，以最大限度地保证业主投资效益。本设计以淮海工学院6号宿舍楼工程为实例，以工程量清单编制为重点完成了招标文件的全过程。65602

Abstract:The design is the 6 Huaihai Institute of Techology dormitory for the compilation of bidding documents, the tender document refers to the sale by tender or bidding agency and the preparation of clear to potential bidders qualifications, the terms of the contract, the bid evaluation method and corresponding bidding file format. Play an important role in the whole process of purchase.Key to the tender side is to provide a more complete, targeted, and has a perfect and reasonable protection of the tender documents, in line with the engineering quantity list valuation mode under the environment of market competition, in order to maximize the benefit of investment. The design of the Huaihai Institute of Techology dormitory project as an example, the engineering quantity list to complete the preparation of tender documents for key process.

1 设计选题说明
1.1 选题原因说明
本人对工程招标文件这个课题很有研究感兴趣，并且在工程造价咨询有限公司实习，能接触到丰富的相关资料、数据等，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。
1.2 设计项目概况
项目为淮海工学院大学宿舍楼工程，建筑面积是5387平方米，建筑高度为23.20米，层数为6层，工程结构为框架结构。本工程设计使用年限50年，抗震烈度7度，抗震等级3级，屋面防水等级：3级，防水合理使用年限：10年，建筑设计等级：三类民用建筑。
