    摘要本设计的内容为某都市养老社区建筑给排水工程上下给排水、雨水、热水、消防设计。 本工程位于某市湖畔半岛,地块东西狭长,西侧为环路,东侧为湖面。项目一期有十三个 子项,本设计为 8#楼。主要功能为养老养生、诊所、汽车库、配套设备用房。建筑总面 积 64389 ㎡,其中地上的建筑面积:43256 ㎡,地下的建筑面积 21133 ㎡。最高建筑的高 度为 14.95m。水源取自城市自来水管网。由北侧市政管接两根 DN200 给水管,接管应满 足两路进水要求,并设专用消防校核水表,基地内室外给水管道(DN200)构成环状,生活 给水由市政引入管接出,并设置水表计量。城市自来水管网的供水压力为 0.15MPa。排水 系统采用雨水和生活排水分流排放。生活排水系统为生活污水系统和生活废水系统合流排 放。屋面雨水排水系统采用重力排水系统,是为了为保证建筑外观美丽。室内消火栓系统 不分区,采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统,消防生活共用同一个水箱。消防 给水系统管道采用独立设置,并且竖向成环。69805
