摘要:本次毕业设计题目是奉贤区社区大学B区应用BIM技术的技术标编制,是应用BIM技术来拟建一栋教学楼的设计,此设计是团队的项目。在做任何一个步骤中,小组内分工合作,每个人都参与到这次毕业设计的全部内容当中。做REVIT 2014建立体三维模型模,又用了Navisworks做了个模型动漫视频;在广联达BIM建模算量软件中,用土建算量软件GCL 2013建立三维的模型,并算出了土建相关的工程量,然后用了钢筋算量软件GGJ 2013拟建算了钢筋;计价软件GBQ 4.0、模板脚手架设计软件、施工现场布置软件3.0、进度计划软件Microsoft Project 和施工过程模拟软件BIM 5D 2.0,这些软件是整栋模型操作的,团队每个人都参与了这每个软件每个步骤的使用。为了更好的应用学习这次毕业设计所用到的软件,我参加了为期两周REVIT教学培训班;在做毕设过程中,我们组还统一报名去了市区听广联达BIM的教学班课程。49004

Technical standard compilation of BIM technology applied in B District of Fengxian District Community College
Abstract:My graduation project is the subject of the Fengxian District Community University B area of the application of BIM technology technical standards,which is the application of BIM technology to the construction of a teaching building design,.This design is a team project. In any one step, our group pision of labor and each people are involved in all contents of this graduation design. I proposed model in Revit 2014 modeling and NavisWorks model animation video; In the calculating software of glodon BIM modeling, I with civil count quantity software GCL 2013 proposed the model, with reinforced numerical calculations software GGJ proposed 2013 2-5 layers of reinforced; Pricing software GBQ 4.0, template scaffold design software, the construction site layout software 3.0, schedule software Microsoft Project and construction process simulation software BIM 5D 2.0.which are in
thewhole model building operation and I participated in the the use of each of these software each step. In order to better the application study of the graduation design of the use of the software, I attended for a period of two weeks of Revit teaching training; in the complete design process and our group also unified registration to the city to glodon BIM teaching courses.
