    摘要信息化浪潮下的企业在市场激烈的竞争下对高效率生产和管理的需求越来越迫切。它们需要构造规范的业务流程以提高组织的业务能力。流程管理以满足企业对业务流程的卓越掌控为目标，具有精细，稳定，规范化等特点，能提高组织工作效率，合理配置资源，提高企业总体绩效。工作流能针对企业流程管理，运用计算机技术，自动化地有效提高工作效率更好地管理业务流程。Activiti使用了BPMN 2.0流程引擎和java快速开发，是针对企业、技术人员、系统管理员的轻量级工作流业务管理平台。本文对流程管理及工作流、BPMN2.0和Activiti技术进行了详细介绍。并将Activiti应用于企业信息管理系统中，进行需求分析与系统架构设计，构造了基于Activiti的企业业务流程管理系统。31899

    Title    The research of process management technologies and system  development                                        
    Abstract
    Enterprises face fierce competition in the market under the wave of informatization. It’s urgent for them to improve the efficiency of production and management. To improve the professional qualification,they need to construct standardized business processes.Being stable and normative, process management targets at achieving excellent control of  business process,improving the the rational allocation of resources and  the enterprise's overall performance. Workflow can improve the working efficiency and better manage the business processes automatically under the environment of computer technology. Activiti is a lightweight workflow management platform aimed at enterprises and technical personnel, system administrators. The core is BPMN 2.0 process engine and rapid development with java. In this paper, the process management, workflow, BPMN2.0 and Activiti technology is introduced in detail. Moreover, Activiti is applied in the development of enterprise information management system. I do a lot work in demand analysis and designing system architecture. Finally, I construct a  business progress system on the basis of Activiti.
