摘要近些年来随着国内经济增长率逐渐放缓经济发展低迷，许多企业发展受限，就业岗位愈加变少，国内待业者都将面临严峻的就业环境。但由于政府积极出台扶持大学生创业的政策，这也是大学生进行创业的好时机。本文首先，通过问卷法、访谈法收集可研究的资料从而对师范大学在校大学生创业现状进行分析，从中了解准备创业的大学生对创业的意向、创业的方向选择与创业的资金来源等和正在创业的大学生进行创业途中所面临的困难。研究发现师范大学大学生创业的现状为：1.大学生大部分无创业意向；2.外界对大学生创业的支持比较少；3.大学生主要创业方向是小成本低风险。然后，根据师范大学大学生创业现状的事实基础并结合已有的创业模式研究，创新性归纳出最适合师范大学大学生创业的模式为：零风险苦力模式、背靠背模式、新兴网络模式。最后，对大学生成功创业提出相应对策，一是积极提高大学生自身创业素质，二是加强学校对学生创业的实践教育，三是加深对政府颁布的相关政策贯彻力度，四是扩大社会对大学生创业的资金支持渠道。41933

Abstract
In recent years with the development of economic growth is slowing domestic economic downturn, many enterprise development limited, jobs are increasingly less, domestic hunters will face severe employment environment. But as a result of the government actively to support college students entrepreneurship policy, it is also a good time to entrepreneurship of college students. In this paper, first of all, through the questionnaire method and interview method to collect research data to analyze the present situation of college students entrepreneurship in normal university, learn about preparing a entrepreneurship of college students of entrepreneurship, business selection and business sources of funding and the direction of the college students who are entrepreneurial venture facing difficulties on the way. Study found that the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship in normal university as follows: 1. Most college students without entrepreneurial intention; 2. Outside the support of the college students' entrepreneurship is less; 3. the college students' main business direction is small the cost is low risk. Then, according to the present situation of normal university college students’ entrepreneurship facts and combining the existing business model research, innovative induces the most suitable model for normal university college students’ entrepreneurship: zero risk coolies, back to back, the emerging network mode. Finally, successful entrepreneurship for college students put forward the corresponding countermeasure, to set up a business is positive to improve college students' own quality, and the second is to strengthen the practice of entrepreneurship education to the student, school three is to deepen the government issued the relevant policies of implementing, four is to expand the social venture funding channel for college students.
