摘要城乡一体化是在政治、经济、文化、生态、社会五大系统在五大理念新含义中的整体化、高级化的过程，指明了我国城市发展的方向。在我国城乡一体化的发展演进过程中，城市在经济建设、政治协调、生态发展、文化繁荣、民生工程建设等方面领先农村较多。十一五、十二五以来，江苏沿江城镇带实施统筹城乡发展、推动城乡一体化新格局的形成与进一步发展，着力于打破区域城乡二元结构。本文通过江苏沿江城镇带城乡一体化指标体系的构建，运用熵值法评价2010～2014年江苏沿江城镇带城乡一体化发展的发展水平以及演化过程，借此测算评估出江苏沿江城镇带城乡一体化发展的实际情状，江苏沿江城镇带城乡一体化在发展演进进程中的特点、优势，找出江苏沿江城镇带城乡一体化发展进程中的缺漏之处，为积极有力推进江苏沿江城镇带城乡一体化发展提出具有一定建设性意义的对策和措施。42702

Time-space analysis of the development of urban-rural integration of the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province
Abstract
Urban-rural integration is a integrated and advanced process of the five main concepts of political, economic, cultural, ecological, social, which is the five concepts in the new meaning, and points out the direction of the development that cities in China .In the development and evolution of urban-rural integration in China, the city in the economic construction, political coordination, ecological development, cultural prosperity, construction projects which affecting people's well-being and other aspects keeping ahead the rural.During the eleventh five-year plan and the twelfth five-year plan,the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province focus on the implementation of urban and rural areas, speed up the formation of a new pattern of urban-rural integration, efforts to break the traditional urban-rural dual structure of independent development. By constructing the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province index system, the use of entropy quantitative evaluation of the overall level of 2010 to 2014 in the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province, comprehensive development, evolution, in order to measure the actual development level of the the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province, search the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages in the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province,to promote the city belt along the Changjiang Rive in Jiangsu Province put forward feasible countermeasures.
