摘要随着互联网的深度发展,电子商务改变了世界,本质上是:B2B改变了制造业做生意的方式,C2C、B2C改变了零售业的销售方式的同时也改变了人们采购商品的方式,顺大流者生,逆流者必然不好过,而O2O的出现则刚好给了那些之前没能乘上大流的行业机会,比如说服务行业。这种需求是刚需,因为这是一个再一次为各行业财富分布定格局的机会。而高校学生向来是社会新鲜事物的第一批接收者,有充分好奇心,是新模式新经济的最佳起点,称其为世界新格局的摇篮也不为过。46804
本文分析了高校学生的需求以及高校周边服务机构的一些需求,并提出搭建一个高校O2O平台来缝合这些需求,还提出了高校O2O平台的战略性规划以及分析了该平台的高度自盈扩张能力,最后利用需求、战略性规划、以及平台的高度自盈扩张能力打造一个闭环的O2O生态圈。
