摘要:随着社会不断发展,我国公益事业也在不断发展,许多企业也投身到公益中来。近些年来提出了企业社会责任的概念,越来越多的企业在获取经济效益同时,也更加重视社会公益责任的承担。在公益领域,社工机构与企业越来越频繁的交流合作,诞生了很多有创意的合作形式并取得了不错的效果。同时,其间也有一些问题值得引起我们的注意和更深一步发掘,在合作中机构会因为是被捐助方容易处于被动的地位,合作形式往往由企业决定,这是否会给机构带来一些困惑从而影响合作的成效。因此,本研究以上海AH志愿者中心为例,运用深入访谈法及调查问卷法等研究方法了解目前社工机构与企业合作的状况,分析合作活动带给机构的影响,最后总结社工机构在与企业合作中可借鉴的形式及方法,对合作中社工机构可能会出现的问题提出优化的建议。希望通过本次研究,能对推动我国社工机构的发展做出有益的探索。47062

Public welfare activities and enterprise jointly affect social work institutions-- Taking AH volunteer center in Shanghai for Example
Abstract:With the continuous development of society, China's public welfare is also growing, many companies are also to join the public service in the past. In recent years, proposed the concept of corporate social responsibility, more and more enterprises, but also pay more attention to social welfare assume responsibility in obtaining economic benefits. In the field of public welfare, social institutions and enterprises increasingly frequent exchanges and cooperation, the birth of many innovative forms of cooperation and achieved good results. At the same time, during which there are some issues worthy of our attention and deeper excavations, in cooperation agencies because donors are easy in a passive position, forms of cooperation are often decided by the enterprise, whether this will bring some confusion thus affecting the institution the effectiveness of cooperation. Therefore, the present study to Shanghai AH Volunteer Center, for example, using in-depth interviews and questionnaires and other research methods to understand health institutions and social enterprises are currently analyzing the impact of cooperation activities to bring institutions and, finally, social institutions and enterprises forms and methods of cooperation can draw on cooperation in social organizations may arise an optimization proposal. We hope that through this research, can make a useful exploration to promote the development of social institutions.
