摘要:建筑业是拉动国民经济快速增长的重要力量,全社会固定资产的60%左右是通过工程建筑业实现根据国家统计局正式发布的消息2015年我国建筑业总产值达180757亿而且目前我国有近4600千万人口从事建筑行业是我国国民经济的当之无愧支柱产业。同时也是安全事故率较高的行业之一,其安全生产状况一直受到各方面的广泛重视,我国建筑施工安全生产水平还不高,整体状况仍令人担忧。尤其是在国内二三线城市城市及农村,建筑施工人员的安全生产意识十分淡薄,施工单位在组织措施和责任落实方面有法不依,有章不循,很多规章制度形同假设。因此,建筑业安全生产形势依然十分严峻,建筑业安全生产问题不解决,将阻碍建筑业的健康发展。所以研究量化管理在施工安全上的应用对建筑行业的健康发展有着十分重要的意义。48899
本课题主要是针对建筑施工人员的安全行为和安全操作技术,以事实为依据通过采访或问询建筑工人和安全管理人员双方对安全管理的看法和意见并收集相关资料然后进行分析最终认为找出两者之间存在的最大矛盾最终得出的一个结论就是安全员对施工人员的管理缺乏制约性因为安全管理人员既不向工人发工资同时很难有效的对工人进行处罚。根据此结论利用心理学和行为心理学来分析施工现场人员的心理活动从而制定一套解决此矛盾的管理方案。方案运用量化管理的方法和思维将安全检查表和施工手册的内容利用层次分析法分数制,以此为基础对人员进行管理和处罚同时通过数据的分析对工人进行有针对性管理,并拟定相应的安全管理协议对建筑施工人员制定一套可行的管理方案最终使工人自觉规范自己的行为和加强自己的技术操作从而减少事故的发生。

Especially in small cities and rural areas, construction workers safe production consciousness, rules and regulations are not perfect, organizational measures in place, the responsibility is not implemented, some systems non-existent, obey the law, there are chapters that do not follow safety risks still exist. Thus, the construction of production safety situation is still very grim, construction safety issues are not resolved, will hinder the healthy development of the construction industry. So research work construction safety management to quantify the healthy development of the construction industry has a very important significance.
This paper mainly for construction workers safe behavior and safe operating techniques, fact-based inquiry through interviews or construction workers and security managers both views and opinions on the safety management of the collection and analysis of relevant information and then find out that the final the biggest contradiction exists between the two eventually come to a conclusion that the safety officer construction management personnel lack of conditionality as the security officer neither to the workers wages of workers at the same time very difficult to effectively punish. This conclusion is based on the use of psychology and behavioral psychology to analyze the mental activity of construction site personnel in order to develop a management plan to resolve this contradiction.
