摘要农村人力资源开发是实现农业产业化的需要,是推动农村科技进步、建设现代农业的必然需求,但南通现阶段的农村人力资源开发还存在着诸多问题,比如农民受教育程度低、社保制度不完善、缺乏有效的开发体系等一系列,都很大程度上制约了农村经济的发展。如何做好农村人力资源开发的工作,是提高南通农村经济的关键。可以通过发展教育、完善制度、改变农民思想等可行措施来提高南通市农村人口的整体素质,为其农村及城镇提供更多优秀的人力资源,同时也引进农村需要的人力资源,促进南通经济的高效和优化发展。49471
The Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Nantong's Rural Human Resources Development
Abstract
Rural human resource development is the need of realizing agricultural industrialization. It’s the inevitable demand to push the agricultural science and build modern agriculture. However, many problems remain in rural human resource development of Nantong at the present stage. Such as the lower education of the farmers, the imperfect of social security system, the lack of effective development system and so on, they all restricted the rural economic development to a great extent. How to do the work of rural human resource development well is the key to improve the economy of Nantong. We can improve the overall quality of rural population of Nantong by developing education, improving system, changing boorish thinking and some other available measures, and then provide more excellent human resources for rural and urban areas. At the same time ,we can also import the human resources the rural areas need, so as to boost the economic development of Nantong efficiently and optimally.
