摘要: 随着我国高等教育大众化的推进,越来越多的残疾人进入大学校园,但是他们在学业和就业方面依旧存在许多问题。本文通过分析研究国内外残疾大学生学业适应以及就业意愿的研究情况,以上海市H高校为例,通过访谈的方法,找出残疾大学生学业、就业方面存在的问题和困难,并进行归纳总结分析。主要分为三个内容:第一,学习目标的明确促进专业技能的积累,进而促进其对专业的认同,更为重要的是,如此会促进他们对专业就业前景的认可,加强他们从事本专业工作的就业意愿。第二,积极的学习态度促进学习能力的提升,进而促进综合实力的增强,增加专业信心从而促进残疾大学生从事有挑战性工作。第三,学习方式的多样化促进良好的创新氛围,激发学生的创新潜力,拥有创新灵感,提高创新能力,朝向多元化,特长兴趣化,社会需求化的方向发展,更愿意尝试创业。50034

Study on the Academic Adaptation and Employment Intention of the Disabled Students

Abstract: With the popularization of higher education in our country, the disabled enter the university campus more and more, but they still have many problems in their studies and employment. In this paper, by analyzing the research at home and abroad on adaptation of disabled college students' academic and research of employment will, to Shanghai H University as an example, through the interview method, find out disabled college students' academic, employment, existing problems and difficulties, and summarized analysis. Is pided into three parts: first, learning objectives clearly promote the accumulation of professional skills, thus contributing to the recognition of professional, more important is, so will promote their recognition of professional employment prospects and strengthen their engaged in the professional work of employment intention. Second, positive learning attitude to promote learning ability, and then promote the comprehensive strength of the enhancement, increase the professional confidence to promote the disabled students engaged in challenging work. Third, learning the way persification promoting good innovation atmosphere, stimulate the students' creative potential, with innovative ideas, improve the ability of innovation, towards persification, interests and specialties of, social needs in the direction of development, more willing to try venture.
