摘要:近年来,在现代企业的发展中人员的招聘在人力资源管理中扮演着重要的角色,招聘方案是否合理、科学直接决定公司招聘来的员工是否适合本岗位,它也直接影响着企业员工的培训、绩效、薪酬等方面的工作甚至影响到企业的整体形象。在中国经济的发展中,餐饮行业的重要性越来越大,但餐饮行业面临的压力却也越来越大,因此对员工招聘方案进行优化分析至关重要。本文对YXD餐饮管理有限公司的招聘方案进行探讨,对该公司的招聘现状进行分析,通过分析可知该公司招聘方案中表现出的不足主要是不统一的招聘标准、招聘渠道使用不当、初选效率过低、招聘的专业化程度不够等,因此该公司应统一招聘的标准、组合利用多种招聘渠道、提高初选的效率、提高招聘的专业化程度。50500

YXD Company Staff Recruitment Program Optimization Analysis
Abstract: In recent years, in the development of modern enterprise recruitment of personnel in human resources management plays an important role, recruitment scheme is reasonable and scientific directly determine the company to recruit staff for this position, it has a direct impact on employee training, performance, salary and reward and even affect the overall image of the enterprise. In the development of China's economy, the importance of the food and beverage industry is growing, but the pressure of the catering industry is also growing, so the optimization of the staff recruitment program is essential. In this paper, the recruitment of YXD Catering Management Co., Ltd. scheme are discussed, and carries on the analysis to the company's recruitment situation, through the analysis shows that the company's recruitment scheme is not uniform standards for recruitment, recruitment channel use undeserved, primary efficiency is too low, recruit hired the degree of specialization is not enough etc.. Therefore, the company should be unified recruitment standards, combined use various recruitment channels, improve primary efficiency, improve the recruitment of professional degree.
