摘要随着我国国民经济的飞速发展和现代化建设步伐的不断加快,大型工程项目的数目增加迅猛,其规模也日趋庞大,这使得投入的资金增加,项目全寿命周期加长,工程项目风险造成的损失日益严重。因此,对大型工程项目进行风险分析与管理研究显得格外重要。50824
本文针对大型工程项目中的风险的分析与管理进行系统的研究,探讨了大型工程项目风险的管理与规避方法,通过研究大型工程项目风险的特点,重点讨论了风险回避、损失控制、风险分散、风险转移、风险自留和风险利用。
文章首先介绍了本课题的背景及研究意义、国内外风险管理研究的现状、本文的主要内容和研究框架,并介绍了风险、项目工程风险以及大型工程项目风险的相关基本理论,为大型工程项目风险分析与管理研究提供了理论基础。本文接着介绍了大型工程项目风险管理分析的主要流程,其中主要介绍了风险的识别、风险的分析、风险的评价和风险的管理与防范。
最后运用前面所说的风险分析与管理研究的主要流程对孚日扩建项目进行管理分析,并提出适当的风险管理和防范措施,进而预防和规避风险。

Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating pace of modernization, there is a rapid increase both in number and scale of building projects.Because we invest more money and the project life cycle lengthened, the losses caused by the project risks increased severely. Therefore,Research on the large engineering projects risk analysis and management is particularly important.
In this paper, I will study large-scale projects in risk analysis and management systematacially. study on a large-scale project management and risk avoidance methods,I'd like to find out the way to manage and avoid risks in large engineering project by studying its characteristics,and I will focus on risk avoidance, loss control, risk persification, risk transfer, risk retention and risk utilization.
Firstly this paper introduces the background and significance, risk management research status at home and abroad, the main contents of this paper and the research framework and describes the risks, project risks, and the basic theory related to the risk,provides a theory to study large-scale projects risk analysis and manageme.Then I will describe the main process of large engineering project risk management analysis, which introduces the risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk management and prevention.
Finally,I analysas main process of risk analysis and management of a expansion project named Vosges,a large-scale project with the theory mentioned previously.In order to prevent and avoid risks,I'll provide measures to prevent and avoid.
