摘要建筑业为国民经济的支柱产业,在自身繁荣的同时还带动了相关行业的迅猛腾飞,对我国的社会稳定与发展起着重要的作用。釆购管理是整个建筑项目的一项重要环节,贯穿于建筑项目的全过程。62349
本文首先对五冶集团采购管理的现状进行分析,指出五冶集团采购管理存在的问题。选取适合建筑项目的价值特性与供应风险特性指标,并依此建立供应定位模型,提出判断物资的分类标准和方法,对物资实现分类;根据各类物资的特点和采购管理目标制定基于物资细分的采购管理策略;最后以五冶集团为案例,展开案例分析,对五冶集团建筑项目采购物资分类,并以关键品项为例提出关键品项采购成本管理、库存管理、供应商管理三个方面的采购管理策略,最后对实施效果进行研究。
希望通过本论文的研究,能够将理论应用于实践中,有效地改善五冶集团建筑项目物资采购管理现状,提高公司建筑项目的物资采购管理水平。

Research on Procurement management strategy of Wuye Group construction project
Abstract Construction industry as the pillar industry of national economy,in its prosperity but also led to the rapid take-off of related industries,to our country's social stability and development plays an important role.Asc and purchasing management is an important link in the whole building project,throughout the course of construction projects.
This article first to WuYe group purchasing management present situation analysis,points out the problems that WuYe group purchasing management.Choose suitable for the value of construction projects and supply risk characteristic index,and accordingly to establish supply positioning model,put forward the classification standards and methods of judging supplies,for supplies to achieve classification;According to the characteristics of all kinds of supplies and procurement management target segment based on the material procurement management strategy;Last to WuYe group as a case,case analysis,project procurement classification on WuYe group building,and proposes the key in the key item for example product purchasing cost management,inventory management,supplier management from three aspects of procurement management strategy,finally,the effect is studied.
Hope that through the research of this paper,to be able to apply theory to practice,effectively improve WuYe group construction project procurement management status,improve the level of construction project of the procurement management.
