摘要人力资源已经成为集团企业最重要的资产,它对集团企业战略的达成会产生重大的影响。人的效率,组织的效率是企业经营、发展的核心,知识和人才的价值显得尤为重要。为此如何加强知识管理,管控人力资本成为集团企业首当其冲的问题。本论文通过系统的论述人力资源信息化管控的相关知识,使集团企业更好地理解,并在激烈的市场竞争中保持优势地位。其次通过案例综合分析集团企业e-HR建设的必要性,为企业的人力资源管理变革提供理论支持。最后提出相关对策,给已经实施e-HR,还有将要实施的集团企业提供参考与建议,使他们能够根据自身的实际需求做出选择,提出或改进解决方案。使得集团企业实施的e-HR能真正发挥其效用,产生价值。64478

Title Study on Group Enterprise Human Resource Information Management and Control
Abstract Human Resources Group has become the company's most important asset, its corporate strategy to achieve the Group will have a significant impact. Person's efficiency and organizational efficiency is the business, the development of the core, the value of knowledge and talent is particularly important. Therefore how to strengthen knowledge management, human capital management and control become conglomerates bear the brunt of the problem. This thesis discuss the relevant knowledge of human resources information systems management and control, a better understanding of the Group's business, and in the fierce market competition to maintain a dominant position. Secondly, through a comprehensive analysis of case conglomerates e-HR construction necessity for corporate human resources management reform to provide theoretical support. Finally relevant measures have been implemented to the e-HR, there are conglomerates that will be implemented to provide references and recommendations, so that they can according to their actual needs to make a choice, introduced or improved solutions. Making conglomerates implement e-HR can really play its utility to generate value.
