摘要我国加入WTO后,跨国零售企业的进入不仅对我国零售业市场带来较大的冲击和压力,也使我国传统零售业的管理方式面临着深刻的变革与挑战,越来越多的公司开始从传统管理开始向现代人力资源管理转变。作为人力资源管理的重要内容,绩效考评也日益受到关注。很多公司开始运用绩效考评帮助团体提高管理、完成工作,激发员工工作热情和工作积极性,但由于我国的零售业起步较晚,人力资源管理的思想引入得较晚,很多公司尤其是中小零售企业在绩效考评方面还存在着许多的问题。51549
本文从绩效考评的功能与作用、中小零售企业人力资源的特点、管理现状、绩效考评与激励的关系等出发,结合对公司的调查分析,研究了中小零售企业绩效考评与激励存在的问题,并提出对绩效考评与激励的建设性的想法和建议,希望对一些处于绩效考评困境中的中小零售公司提供一定的借鉴。

Research on Performance Appraisal and Employee Incentive of Medium-sized and small retail enterprises
Abstract
After China's accession to the WTO, the entry of multinational retailers has brought great impact and pressure on China's Retail Market, also make their traditional management style face a profound change and challenge. More and more companies start to change themselves from traditional management to modern human resources management. As the important content of the human resource management, performance appraisal and employee incentive is also a growing concern. Many companies began to use the performance appraisal to help organizations improve their management, finish their work, inspire staff enthusiasm and motivation, but because of the late start of China's retail industry and late introduction of human resources management thinking, a lot of companies, especially small and medium-sized retail enterprises' performance appraisal still has many problems.
The article starts from the role of performance evaluation, the characteristics of small and medium-sized retail enterprises' human resources, the current situation of human resource management, performance appraisal and incentive' relations, combing with the company's investigation and analysis of small and medium-sized retail enterprises, research on problems exist in the human resources management of small and medium-sized retail enterprises, put forward constructive ideas and suggestions on performance appraisal and employee incentive, hoping to provide a reference for some small and medium-sized retail companies in the plight of performance appraisal and employee incentive.
