摘要2015年，我国进行了一次快递企业统计调查，数据显示，民营企业的数量占到全国快递业的75%。本文以顺丰快递为例，通过对民营快递企业发展的现状、竞争状况以及所面临挑战的分析，认为民营快递企业现存在行业整体科技含量有待提升、从业人员整体素质普遍偏低、行业服务质量有待提高、国内快递公司国际竞争力堪忧四方面的问题。以五力模型为工具，通过分析竞争状况，从学习外企先进的管理经验、民营快递各方面创新、培养高管理水平和高专业素质的人才三方面提出了竞争策略，期待可以对民营快递企业的快速、健康、稳定发展起到一定的促进作用。51775

Analysis on the competitiveness of the private express delivery enterprises——Take SF EXPRESS as an example
Abstract According to 2015 statistics,China’s private express enterprises accounted for 75% of the national express Industry.This paper first analyzes the current development, competition and challenges faced by private express enterprises. It is considered that private express delivery companies should be improved in the existing science and technology content of the industry as a whole, the overall quality of the staff is not optimistic, the quality of service industry needs to be improved. Using the Five Forces Analysis,through the analysis of the competition situation are threeaspects of competitive strategies learning from foreign advanced management experience,innovation in all aspects of private express,cultivating improving management level and cultivating high quality professional talents put forward: the essay expects to play a role in promoting the fast,healthy,stable development of private express enterprises.
